Streaming, Renting and Buying Films
Streaming happens through the film page. Go to the main menu, click on the Film page and each film has a Stream button. Renting and Buying happens through the shopping cart. Go to the main menu, click on the Shop page and you will be able to select the film you want to rent or buy.
Rented DVDs have a self stamped return envelope and are due back within 30 days. If they are not returned, on the 31st day you will be charged the full retail price, typically ranging from 19.99-24.99, minus the original rental fee. Unfortunately, we cannot rent outside of the USA.
All DVD purchases and rentals are shipped via First Class Mail through the US Post Office. They are normally shipped on the same day as the purchase is verified. Shipping rates are determined by the USPS rate chart.
Returns and Refund Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 45 days of purchase for a refund, less shipping costs and a $5.00 restocking fee. Renters: Damaged discs will be replaced immediately at no charge when you send back the damaged disc. Streamers: If your film aborts or there is some problem with streaming the film, we will refund your money even though Vimeo On Demand does not refund streaming fees.
